Kokoda Property’s $119 million Ella development in Newstead was the second highest seller during the March quarter.APARTMENT sales in inner Brisbane have hit their lowest level since 2011, the latest Place Advisory report has found, with just 272 sales in the March quarter.It was a 14 per cent decline compared to the December quarter, with $171.4 million worth of apartment sales recorded from January to the end of March, it found.The March result was a whopping 67 per cent drop over the same time the previous year when there were 828 unconditional sales.
